Meals and SnacksTotal Care Service Network will provide our clients with three square meals daily, including snacks. We offer various choices regarding food and how it is served. We work with the client to feed them whatever they feel most comfortable with, either by choice or by medical necessity. Our goal is to make eating enjoyable and nutritious. | Daily careTotal Care Service Network will supervise and assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, etc.) per their care plan. We will help clients build a routine to ensure consistency in their day-to-day lives. Our goal is to encourage them every step of the way. | Therapeutic PetsPets can be a great source of comfort for many seniors. We will make sure that the resident has a choice in having pets or animals in their home. All pets must meet the appropriate animal care guidelines, which we will provide if needed. |
Medical appointment schedulingThese services will be provided to the residents according to their service agreements and/or individual service plans. We will also ensure that each resident has an annual health exam by their primary care physicians or an appropriate provider. | TransportationTransportation will be provided or arranged according to the service agreement or deemed necessary and appropriate by the provider. We will assist with arranging for each resident’s vehicle maintenance if needed. | Medication administrationTotal Care Service Network will provide or assist the resident in dispensing their medications according to their care plan or service agreement. Our certified staff will also monitor and record medication to ensure any changes in medication are communicated to the resident’s physician and appropriate changes are made. |
Activity programTotal Care Service Network will provide different types of activities to soothe your loved ones’ needs and preferences. They will be encouraged every step of the way. Our goal is to make each activity successful and enjoyable. | Laundry and housekeepingOur staff members will provide laundry and housekeeping services daily. We will assist all clients with maintaining their homes since that is one of the necessities for living. Our staff members will also oversee daily cleaning and other housekeeping activities according to the care plan. | Managing residents' EnjoymentTotal Care Service Network offers this service to all clients to ensure they have a good time. We will manage their recreational activities by arranging indoor or outdoor games, or just visiting them at home. |
RecordkeepingTotal Care Service Network will maintain, protect, and save all resident records in paper and computer form. We will also ensure the documents can be retrieved for review purposes and comply with legal requirements. | Nursing care serviceWe aim to provide specialized nursing care services to soothe the residents’ needs and preferences. Our nurses will be providing services based on the resident’s care plan. The resident should know what services are being provided and have input into the decision-making. | Health monitoringTotal Care Service Network will monitor residents’ health by observing and documenting changes in each condition with immediate action and appropriate referral to their healthcare providers. This will also include notifying their guardian/POA/contacts and placing agency-related changes in the resident's conditions. |
